Chef and long-time San Francisco resident, Andrea Froncillo, has developed recipes and menus for some of the most successful restaurants in the city:  Boboquivari's, Calzone's, The Crab House at Pier 39, The Franciscan Crab Restaurant, The Dead Fish, and The Stinking Rose.  With his business partners, Andrea has combined great food with exceptional service in six remarkable locations throughout San Francisco.  From North Beach, to Fisherman's Wharf to Crockett, CA - you'll find outstanding restaurants featuring Andrea's signature dishes.

Boboquivari's or Bobo's voted one of the Best Steakhouses in 2010 is known for dry-aged steaks (one of the few places offering bone-in filet mignon), amazing cocktails, great wine selection and terrific service.

Calzone's in the heart of North Beach has an extensive menu and is open until 1:00am, so it's the perfect way to begin or end your day.

The Crab House at Pier 39 specializes in Dungeness crab - that delectable and delicate locally caught crustacean.

Located on Fisherman's Wharf at Pier 43 and 1/2 The Franciscan Crab Restaurant is the definitive seafood restaurant.  In addition to serving delicious crab specialties, The Franciscan offers fresh salmon, shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari, halibut, sea bass, and haddock plus exceptional chowders, fondues, appetizers, antipasti, salads, and sandwiches.

The Dead Fish, located across the Bay Bridge in Crockett, has a wonderful menu full of seafood, crab and outstanding prime rib as well as an amazing view of the Carquinez Straits and Bridge.
