This multi-faceted chef loves being busy. You'll find Andrea at special events throughout the San Francisco Bay area and California as well as a frequent guest on television and radio programs.
The author of two popular cookbooks, The Stinking Rose Restaurant Cookbook and Crab: Buying, Cooking, Cracking - Andrea is always developing new recipes and fine tuning the menus at The Franciscan Crab Restaurant, The Stinking Rose, Bobo's, The Dead Fish, Calzones, or Crab House at Pier 39.
Whether he's shopping for fresh produce and cheese at the Ferry Building or in search of the perfect wine to pair with 'just caught' fish and Dungeness crab, or simply taking a break and having an espresso at a local bistro, you never know where Andrea might be.
